Dear Senior Adult Co-Laborer:
The Northwest Louisiana Baptist Association cordially invites you to attend and/or participate in the Twenty Eighth Annual May-Him scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2009.
This year we have expanded May-Him to 2 Festivals, one each in the morning and afternoon.
èMorning Festival •Registration: 9:30 AM •Parade of Choirs: 10 AM • Lunch at noon
èAfternoon Festival • Registration: 10:30 AM • Lunch: 11 AM • Parade of Choirs: 1 PM
Camp Bethany is located in Bethany, Louisiana six miles south of I-20 at Exit 3 (Carthage/Mooringsport Exit).
Robert Cole, Camp manager, his precious wife, Joan, and the camp staff will be providing a meal fit for a child of the King for our convenience. The cost to you will be $7 per person, which will cover the cost of insurance and the meal while at the camp.
May-Him will be extra special as you hear other Senior Adult Choirs Praise the Lord in song. It is also a wonderful time to meet old friends and meet new ones as well. Your choir will be asked to prepare TWO SONGS and NOT to exceed more than EIGHT MINUTES TOTAL TIME.

ALSO, PLEASE ALLOW ONE PERSON TO REGISTER YOUR GROUP AT THE CAMP. THE REGISTRATION WILL BE DONE “BY CHURCH” OR “BY INDIVIDUAL”.
The deadline for the Registration Form is Tuesday, April 28, 2009.
