Ministry Evangelism Conference set for August 21, 2006
Summer Grove Baptist Church, Shreveport
10:00 am - noon
Guest Speaker: Dr. Charles Roesel
Dr. Charles Roesel has served as pastor of FBC Leesburg, Fla, since 1976. The church has baptized over 300 each year, started over 70 ministries, and grown to over 7,000 members in a county with a population of 25,000.
The workshops will help Pastors, Staff, and Lay Leaders to:
-Understand the Biblical basis for ministry evangelism
-Assess and understand community needs
-Prepare the church for outreach ministry
-Create opportunities for sharing the Gospel
-Discover resources for community ministry
A light lunch will be served at noon.
