Our works should always solidify our position in Christ. The apostle James states in 2:17 that “faith without works or action is dead.” The Compassion Ministry of Northwest Association is to help our churches focus on the “good works.” There are opportunities throughout our Association churches can be the hands and feet of Jesus, such as: MASADA Transitional Living Center, the Rescue Mission, the Hub Ministry, various ESL programs, feeding programs connected with after school tutoring ministries.
